The extra virgin olive oil obtained is the result of a careful and meticulous selection of olives.
Bitter and spicy in balance with each other are certainly the two main characteristics of this monocultivar. Our Verdese extra virgin olive oil has a harmonious scent, a medium intensity fruitiness and an emerald green color that lasts for a long time due to the excellent presence of phenolic substances. The hints of almond, tomato and artichoke when tasted are very delicate.

The bottle belongs to the BIOLIO DOP collection by Vetreria Etrusca, an Italian company that sees the environment as an essential asset to be protected and preserved. Laser engraved by a local craftsman, produced with an anti-fill mouthpiece and made from recycled glass.
